Breakfast

Weet-bix with milk, bananas and berries.

Lunch

2 pears and porridge with bananas.

Snack

1 mango and 2 pear Glass of milk.

Dinner

Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, egg, feta-cheese, mayonnaise.

Water

How many servings per day? 2 litres or 8 250ml cups.

How do you think you could fit these in besides just at meal times? 

  • When it is a hot day.

  • When you are doing house work.   

  • After you have eaten.
