This week in health we were talking about what diabetes are and what were in drinks and food.

drink chilled water with a slice of lemon instead of fizzy drinks.
chilled water and a piece of fruit instead of fruit juice.
drink reduce fat milk instead of full fat milk.
use high fibre whole grain bread instead of white bread.
eat fresh fruit or a small handful of unsalted nuts instead a muesli bar.
we can go eat raw vegetable sticks with hummus or homemade popcorn.
fresh fruit instead of dried fruit.
eat reduce fat cheese such as Eden a set of high fat cheese.
use margarine instead of butter.
who's lights coconut cream or milk or hot water and half coconut cream instead of coconut cream.
small amount of canola olive sunflower or rice a rainy or oils instead of coconut oil.
small amount of canola, oil, sunflower or rice bran oil instead of lard or dripping.
